Sophie Ross is a Qualified Personal Trainer Cert 3&4 with over 10 years in the industry.
A Certified Advanced Thump Boxing Instructor, Master Trainer from Australian Institute of Fitness, Certified Zumba Instructor, Dance teacher and choreographer.
Sophie's focused on overall health and fitness, creating lean body mass and a functional strong body that you can enjoy. Making exercise a lifestyle choice not a fad that lasts 2-4 weeks!
