We train rain hail or shine.... there is a covered area close by for contingency plan.

Outdoor Session times:

1:30-2:30pm Tuesday Ladies Core Strength 101 Matt class Leemon Reserve Greenwich

6-7am Friday Ross Fit Circuit - Park Session- Milsons Park Kirribilli 

9:30-10:30am Friday Ladies Boxing - Leemon Reserve Greenwich  


$150 for 10 week package or $18 casual drop in class

Ross Fitness Park Sessions is a fantastic way to reach your fitness goals and have fun in the process. Training outside soaking in our beautiful Sydney views and amazing parks.

Our sessions target all major muscle groups through functional compound movements, with a focus on core stability and perfect form to keep a strong healthy body that is injury free.

Ross Fit Park sessions incorporate Boxing, Circuit training, Strength and Resistance, Primitive Movement, Interval training, Cardio, Weight Training, Core and Flexibility.

Getting active outdoors is an amazing way to release stress, enjoy some sunshine and have fun! Playing with ropes is one of my favourite de-stress equipment to use. "Yee-Haa"
